Post-Game Survey removes Report feature.

I just had a inter in my last game, & was asked by the client to give feedback on "whether Riot was doing a good job on responding to misbehavior". First I was shown the honor page, I hit (x), & then submitted the survey. I was then returned to the honor page, exiting the page this time brought me to the post-game stats room, unable to report a player.
