Item bug: Nomad's medallion.

I just had a placements match & found a bug with Nomad's medallion. I'd sold my medallion to replace it with a late-game item, & it appears as though I'd generated a coin before selling the medallion. It follows that if you generate a coin, & you do not have the medallion on you, the coin will bounce on you without end.. I found this very irritating, as It repeatedly chimes every time it bounces.
