Can't see timers on wards

Fairly self explained in the Title. Whenever I'm in a game and I spot out an enemy or friendly ward, there is no timer on the ward. Usually there is a timer that is counting down to tell me when that ward will expire.

I tried to simulate this in the Practice Tool mode, but those timers work just fine. It's only in Summoner's Rift that I have seen it having issues (I haven't investigated further cause I don't play those game types).

I posted 3 links where I took pictures from in-game to show no ward timers. Two of which are friendly wards, one of them is an enemy ward.
