[Gameplay] Game Lag and Players Disconnecting

I was just in a ranked game, and at about the 38 minute marker I felt my champion moving with a delay to where my cursor was instructing him to move to.

I checked my FPS and my ping, and everything was normal. This kept on for nearly 5 minutes, even to the point where literally everyone in the game disconnected and or were unable to move. Minions were also freezing in the middle of the lane, showing no movement.

It was the weirdest thing, and I asked my friends if they had the same issue in game or not. They said no, so I'm not sure what's going on and I'm scared to queue up for another ranked game.

I am also suffering these short 3-5 second disconnects every 10 or 20 seconds.

I had a similar bug last night; multiple players on both teams were experiencing the same lag (but with normal ping/fps). Eventually both teams disconnected entirely. I tried reconnecting but couldn't even get to loading screen, then the ability to reconnect disappeared. A few minutes later, it came up as a lost game.

I checked the replays, and three people on the other team managed to reconnect and end. Was bizarre and super frustrating.
