Urf Champ Select Black Screen NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Black screen in champ select occurs occasionally. In this case, i was in a premade 4 queue, and we all got black screen in champ select causing one of us to get a queue timer. I've also asked many of my friends and they seem to be having the problem too. Please fix this ASAP, thank you.
