Devastating Champion Select Bug

Upon the clicking a summoner spell in the box, the screen turns into a gray shade of color, which does not let me click anything at all, but i can still type in the champion search box and chat. This has caused me to quit 3 games resulting in 3 time penalties due to the fact i could not select a champion at all. Riot this should be your first priority right now because it seems like people other than me are getting this bug too, even if i select a champion, do my masteries, then click the summoner spells, it still turns gray, and continues to do so in the client even after the game itself. Please fix this ASAP please, I'm sure others who get this bug hope so too.

My PC: Intel Core i5-3337U CPU 64-bit Windows 8

How to re-create:

1. Go into blind or draft pick
2. Click one of your summoner spells
3. Click any icon of the summoner spells after the box pops up
4. Enjoy a gray screen

EDIT: The issue seems resolved for me, but i don't know for others.
