[GAMEPLAY] Nami and Ardent Censer

Namis second and third healing bounce from Ebb and Flow don't proc Ardent Censer!

How to reproduce:

1. Lock Nami.
2. Buy Ardent Censer.
3. Use wave on enemy and let it jump to an ally.
4. Expect your ADC to get the proc from it because you healed him.
5. See how his AS stays the same...
6. Loose TF.
7. Rage.
8. Get reported.
9. Get banned.

But seriously fix this pls.
