[CLIENT] HP Bar has no color

I was playing ranked, and my HUD wasn't working properly. The HP Bar in the champion bar displayed the number but not the color under the bar (which is really irritating as it looks like you're constantly at low HP, and it influences your decision making way more than you would think). Also the numbers on the items didn't appear (1-7) (but the number of pots did) and when TABing the icons of the Dragon, Baron and Buffs did appear (or their respawn timer) but not the frame around it. I don't know how to reproduce the bug though, so I'm not sure if this will help. Maybe it helps that every time I recieved damage (including minions) my HP bar flickered red (which was even more annoying!) I have screenshots if needed but I don't know how to upload them.
