[GAMEPLAY] Morgana's Q passing through people/not snaring and dealing damage

So I just came from a game where I played as Morgana and at one point, my Q flew completely through Diana. It didn't just mildly touch her, it went STRAIGHT THROUGH THE MIDDLE of her. Everyone saw it too and, of course, I was sad since it cost me a kill while Diana laughed in my face.

Sadly this wasn't the end of it. Some time later, I threw my Q at an enemy Jinx who was farming under tower. The Q hit her but didn't apply the damage OR snare her. And I know I didn't accidentally just hit a minion since there weren't any near at the time, nor did I get the gold. It hit her but didn't apply the effects. And again, it cost me a kill.

I was using the Ghost Bride skin while this happened, it might have something to do with this since the enemy team also had a Morgana with a classic skin and she never complained about her Q bugging out.

TL;DR: Morgana's Q is broken, it sometimes goes through targets or hits but doesn't apply the damage and snare.
