Nid jg and kat bug

2 games, was playing nid jg , if nid marks netural monster like buffs and golems, the marks will freeze those target(stand there, don't attack or move) for few sec. In a Kat game. Forget what happened, suddenly couldn't cast q, other spells work well, donno it's a bug or not.
