Massive FPS drop
After downloading patch 5.4, basically every game having low fps issues, lowest point reach 9, weird thing is that during death, the fps up to normal.

optimalroat1 votesI am having the same exact problem, I usually get 120 FPS, it now drops down to 50-60 FPS, sometimes even 40-30, never any higher than 70.
I can barely run the game, please fix it riot.
