BLACK SCREEN AFTER CHAMPION SELECT( league of legends best game out here )

This is just sad honestly... I'm trying to play ranked, the champion select ends and its just a black screen with the league of legends logo. I restarted my league 3 times and even ran it as administrator. I kept trying to join only for it to get remade and I get demoted since I was at 0 lp. Okay, I thought maybe it was a one game glitch. I should have known better since this shit games always has issues. I restarted my entire pc, and try to play again to get my rank back. Of course it just happens again. So I restart my pc again and try to join the game. I was loading into the game for the first time, and it gets remade while I was loading. Just to put icing on the cake, I get 5 games of low priority queue for those 2 consecutive leaves. ( yeah 2 ) I used to leave a lot of games near the end of the season last year in normals. So my low priority queue timer was at 20 minutes ( it doesnt go down after 7 months because logic ). I've been playing league today too, and the moment I start trying to play ranked, this stupid ass shit happens. So now I get to sit in 5 games of 20 minute ques because of something on their client that has just been crashing for everyone for like 2 weeks now. I also lost 50 lp in 7 minutes.
