New Fizz builds [NA] + Giveaways/OverWatch @me to get noticed

I originally thought this was just a bug interaction with eve till I witnessed ANY TYPE of slow removal would remove fizzs ult. This bug is crucial to fizz, I cant imagine trying to carry a high elo game when people take any type of slow removal to counter my ult. Fizz is forced to focus his 1 target his ult lands on, nothing else to fall back on reliable since his q dmg got nerfed/it can be flashed. I stopped playing once I found this bug to be true!

Apparently tenacity makes the fizz ult pop sooner too :/

Yeah this is pretty weird, even now Garen can get rid of Fizz ult :/

I have experienced this same thing on yi's ult. Those champs who can remove any type of slow, automatically remove fizz's ult when it should just be not affected by its slow.
