Fizz E bug and Fixing other bugs experienced

This is proof that fizz's e isnt reliable atm with dodging stuff. Ive experienced also the lichbane bug where fizz q wont apply lichbane if you are too close to the target. Its been out for a while now and hasnt been fixed. If finally gotten a clip explaining the E bug since Ive been playing more fizz lately awaiting the fizz buffs in the new assassin update. Hope this helps get fizz fixed and less clunky, Ive lost plenty of games this month because of lichbane / e bug.
