Yasuo T-posing again

After playing against a Yasuo yesterday, I noticed he ended up in his Model Viewer T-pose after dying a couple times. I believe I was playing Jhin but I can't remember if the times I saw it occuring whether or not I participated, and definitely don't remember what champions my team mates were playing.
