Ranked Summoners Rift 5 v 5 | MatchMaking Is unfair

So I reached level 30, 2 weeks ago. and I finally was finally able to play Ranked Games! However when i joined my first ranked game I was paired up with Gold V and sometimes Platinum IV on the enemy team. And on my team I only had Bronze I and Silver III.

To me this is truly unfair... How in the world am i paired up with Gold's and Platinum's on the enemy team???

Now till this day i'm on a Loosing Streak of 8. Yes i said 8.

0 Wins 8 Losses.

Ranked is becoming unfair everyday and I truly dislike this.

So please Riot Please fix this issue...

PS : Do you know What my MMR might be? And I believe many people are having this problem as well

You are in placements, and being matched against a range of MMR to determine your placement. Your matches should stabilize when you've finished them.

I'm also not seeing where you are having these mismatched games. Which matches in particular?

Ive been paired up with Gold V on the other team my friend however has been placed with Platinums on the other team

You are matched based on your hidden MMR, not your visible Rank, so don't pay much attention to that as it doesn't do you any good. 3rd party sites also will never have your real MMR because they have to use incomplete data to estimate it.

that seems a tad unfair if they are matching ranked games by mmr and not rank. How the hell you supposed to get outta bronze like that? If i play normals it a regular game for me to go against golds and a plat every now and then. So either my mmr is high as fuck for someone in Bronze, or golds and plat are damn near trash as well. So if my mmr level is lets say gold and thats what im playing against in normals why the fuck am i stuck in bronze?

If your MMR is Gold and you are playing in Bronze, you will gain much higher LP per win than you lose (like +26/-14). This means you will rise much faster.

riot does not give out their mmr system also you should not play ranked you are not good enough yet for it i am looking at your match history and you dont know what you are doing no offense

Ok but their is a site called Op.gg it gives an estimate of your mmr
