Hello People Of The Internet, I'm creating a Ranked Team where we will all be able to help each other get out of a certain ELO and move up to the next individual rank

Were only looking for Bronze people that are skilled, or maybe even smurfs... However if we find that you troll or purposely feed a lane you will be permanently kicked out of the team.
