Teemo shrooms

I think it is a known bug, and still Riot did not make any try to solve it, but Teemo randomly is unable to place shrooms and there is not about max range or something, when that bug occur he cant place a shroom even on himself, I think there is no reason to say how negative impactful this thing is for his team especially in team fight, while you will spam that R button and not a single shroom will come out for a good 30 seconds.
