Q can all apply spell affects in this patch when they should only be procing on-hit affects.

Q is also procing them.

Are you referring to Kleptomancy?
Theyre supposed to proc Klepto but spell effects are a new thing. So they now heal from Ravenous Hunter. That's kinda fun though
