Possible Client Bug

This has happened a few times for me now.

While in champ select, it seems that if somebody dodges the game while the turn to pick is going from one team to another, the client doesn't seem to know how to react and gives multiple 5 minute bans. A friend and I were in champ select together when this happened the first time and we both received the penalty for dodging.

Anyone else seeing this happen?
