[GAMEPLAY] Mastery damage bonuses don't apply to Orb of Deception

Both the Double-Edged Sword and the Havoc offense masteries do not apply to the true damage portion of Ahri's Orb of Deception. They both say "additional damage" and "increased damage" with no mention to damage types, so either there is a bug with Orb of Deception, or the tooltips aren't accurate.

This can be replicated easily in game. Since minions have no magic resistance, just select one or both of those masteries, run to lane, and use Orb of Deception on the minions. The magic damage portion of the ability will display a higher damage number than shown on the tooltip (because of the masteries), while the true damage portion does only the tooltip damage and is not increased.
