Curtain Call Bug

Has any one else had the problem of the camera slowly panning downward as Jhin uses Curtain Call? Its hard enough dealing with the sudden change of vision zoom, I do not need to be taken away from the fight as I try to snipe any direction but downward. Not to mention it hurts accuracy.
