Disconnected from game and can't reconnect

My computer crashed during a game a little while ago and after I restarted, I just got a window that said the game is still going on with no option to reconnect. I waited 10 minutes and nothing happened so I closed and opened league and it just went to the normal home menu and gave me leaver buster for 5 games.
