@Riot can I get an Honest Answer as to Jayce's Missing assets?

So two (2) years have passed since I first reported this, and over these couple of years you have repeated that you won't fix it yet because its trivial. But every time I scroll down to the bottom of the patch notes I see at least 3 to 4 non-gameplay impacting bugs being fixed, and can't help but feel that you've intentionally shafted Jayce. Now, I am requesting that you state categorically if you are ever going to fix these issues, and if not at least I and other Jayce mains know to give up hoping that it will ever get fixed.
