You know, the bug where his weapon has no animations at all for more than a year. Last I heard was that its too "trivial" to fix, but considering it also affects some of his skins which are paid products i would have hoped more priority goes into fixing this especially since other visual skin bugs get fixed all the time as well.

I know we've had this convo before, and wanted to reply here as well. We're still standing by the decision that this is trivial, and not something the team is planning to resolve. We had a discussion around this bug when you'd initially posted it, and the team hasn't changed its mind on the issue since your initial report.

It's not like Jayce's animation's don't exist, they're clearly just not hooked up correctly. You can fix animations and particles from those champions but not Jayce?
In 6.14 Bad Santa Veigar got his W custom particles back, literally no affect on gameplay, and it was only 1 skin. There are probably hundreds of small fixes like this over the course of a season. It's been a year, maybe it's time to actually take a moment to look it over.
Has anyone even tried looking at Jayce's animation bug? Or is it too trivial to even give it a once over? I don't even play the champion but this is bull lmao.
It's a product of the game...why should I purchase something and then not receive what I paid for? It shouldn't even matter if it's trivial or not. It's something people use, and want fixed. That's reason enough to fix it.
Riot wont respond to important issues for long periods of time but will respond by telling a player and customer that an issue that only Riot can fix is "trivial".
Maybe one of those times it was best to go business as usual and not speak up. No way my fav Rioter Katey thought saying this was still trivial would be well received.
If you buy a toy from a store that's supposed to make some sounds and wave its arms, do you consider it "trivial" if it doesn't wave its arms or make those sounds? It's disgusting for such a large company with so many resources to simply dismiss an issue like broken or missing animations on paid products as "trivial."

I never really log in and post here despite reading quite often here and there from linked reddit posts. The responses made me feel sick so.
Stop being such bitches over decisions. They could've lied off your face or completely ignored your post. (Not talking about OP but the people aboard the "flame rito" train.) This is how it is , if they dont work over it , they must have their reasons over other priorities.
The bug isn't even that big lol, if it was like jhins gun not twirling I would complain but this bug is so small I didn't even notice it the first time I watched the bug examples.
