[Gameplay] Thornmail death recap description bug? No Name/Image and Broken Tooltip on Hover

I was playing Tristana and died several times due to my high amount of damage vs thornmail.

Malphite and a Ramus killed me in the death recap with what I can only assume was Thornmail being number one in damage done to me. When I tried to check the spell/effect that killed me the image box was empty next, to no text except the damage delt. when I hovered over to see what info would pop up, the only thing the box said was "Garenandriven" and the other box said "Purist Magic". Garen and Riven were not in this game, and last time I check those weren't the names or descriptions of spells.
