lol launcher wont load it would stay at 33% go up to 34% and would stay like that it would be like this on the top

the 0 starts with a number when it hits 0 the % wont rise i deleted and re installed league because i had 20 mn queues and every time the queue was done it wont find a match and i had to restart it form the beginign ive been doing that for 5 hours and nothing happened then i uninstalled it and re-installed it

There have been plenty of posts about this before and from my personal experience it is just a visual glitch and if you wait the percent will still go up and eventually the kbps will return to normal.
