Can't Queue Up

Hello :D i would like to post a bug happening with me I am experiencing some weird stuff. i have a 20 minute queue after waiting for the timer to end the queue would pop up for 9 people expect me and i'll be keep on waitintg in the queue i can't play any games and this is really frustraiting and hard to go through for a person who is really addictive to league of legends i would also get a pop up saying "conection error" and when i press ok after 1/2 minutes it would pop up again and sometimes when im lucky and i get to accept the queue when i get in-game i would get a high ping which i can't play with my game would also disconect i don't think there is a problem with my internet.
