Couldn't pick a certain champion in ranked

Sorry I couldn't get a picture or anything, I had to pick otherwise i'd dodge.

In ranked champion select, I'd wanted to play Kayle, my teammate above had highlighted Kayle as he was picking though so I swapped my pref to Diana. They quickly swapped to Gnar but I suddenly couldn't pref or pick kayle when it came to my turn to pick. I was locked out from the champion all together. It wasn't a matter of the champion had already been picked but rather it was just a random occurrence (a bug). It only affected me a bit since i had a backup champion but it could overall affect other people, and even potentially me in the future, i'd prefer it if the bug was fixed asap. The less bugs in the huge pile of them in ranked the better.
