[CLIENT] Tooltip error on T3 Glyphs of Scaling mana regen

Scaling Mana regen Glyphs give 0.06 per level, and 0.06 x 18 = 1.08 The tooltip (or whatever it may be called) is wrong, stating: "0.06 mana regen / 5 sec. per level(+1.2 at champion level 18)" It mislead me to think it was better than Seals of Scaling mana regen, but they are slightly worse, still using them though. Can a rioter patch up this small error?
