Frozen Champ Select - Ranked Bug

I was joining in a ranked game and picked kalista and bought the blood moon skin. My screen froze for a moment and the window was darkened. Someone dodged and I was put into another game, I was able to click accept. However, the screen was still darkened and it wouldn't let me type or click on any champions in the champ select. I could see people typing and banning but I could not interact. So, I had to restart my client. And in doing so, I received a ranked loss for something I couldn't control. I hope there is a way to fix this.
