Annoying noise / looped forever

I was playing a game, we lost and in the end screen (when it shows the stats of everyone / gives you mastery points, ip , xp I hit play again before the mastery points finished racking up.

Well in champ select when queue popped I heard the noise it makes when it's counting mastery over and over until the game started. (The like counting bing bing bing bing bing noise)
