Rankup bug

So this has happened to me several times where i win my promos and i still dont get rank up and it just says i have 100 lp on the rank where i alrdy ranked up so if u rank up from gold 3 to gold 2 u still stay in gold 3 with 100 lp and pls gimme my ranks its annoying RLY annoying
