didnt get an capsule from winning tournament

so me and my team won a 4 team tournament 2 wins 0 losses and we didnt get a capsule from it but when we participated in 8 team tournament we got a capsule i would like to get our capsules... we wasted time and ticket for nothing.. and we won all in that 4 team tournament
