League Beta Client

In the new client, my game runs so slowly that i get about 5 seconds to pick something when playing draft or ranked because my turn doesn't show up until my turn is almost over. So I play on the Legacy client and I have no problems with it. The only problem is, every time, whether or not it updated, the beta client pops up and says "There was an update on an older version this will automatically update in 10.. 9.. etc" and then it redownloads the entire beta client again just so that I can launch legacy client. This means i have to wait about 10 minutes every time i open league. How can I fix this issue? (This does this when I launch it as administrator also)
