Nasus Q

Two games running I have had several instances where I would try to last hit a minion with Nasus' Q and it would start going super slow-motion and switch to another because that one would die. Sitting around 60 latency. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this. Someone on the team has had a project skin active each time, so I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not.
