Client Crash(?)

First time playing since patch released, went into a custom game. Game continually drops to desktop while game sound continues to play in background. This happens from the moment the load screen appears until I close the client and reopen. Tried reinstalling in case that some file was corrupted. Same issue happens that I cannot load into a game without being stuck at my desktop while game continues in background.

Edit: I now get a bugsplat with the following error message: Crash Report #142223097 A 3rd party application has cause the game to crash. Please deactivate or uninstall any 3rd party apps that modify the League of Legends executables, in order to prevent future crashes. Only thing I have running other than League when attempted to load in is Chrome, which I doubt modify's any executables.
