Katarina [Gameplay} Bug

On some games with Katarina (mainly if she is with a skin), at some random point in the game the Q,E,R and the recall function becomes deactivated. To me it has happened like 2 times already, but I have play with more people encountering this bug. Pleas it will be very helpful if you guys look into it. Thanks!
