It said i received a mystery gift from riot but i didnt..

So when I came home from work i saw a mystery gift icon on my screen that said something like " thanks for using the riot tribunal system we decided to get you a riot mystery skin as a reward" so i clicked the ok button and it disappeared but didnt tell me if i got anything new, ive been trying to go into the gifting history tab for over 2 days now to check and it wont load for me, once in a while it will show the top part of the screen that does say much , its just a header basically, but even if i give it time to load it never comes up, ive tried restarting league, my computer, everything multiple times, would really like to know if my gift got bugged or what
