[CRASH] Victory/Defeat screen crashes

Hello,

I switched into windows 10 and since that when I play League of Legends the game crashes at the end of the game when it says "Victory"/"Defeat", when I press "Continue" it crashes, i need to shutdown this task. ( I can't get to the client anymore i need to shutdown this task too)

The real problem is when I want to relaunch my game, it doesnt work and I need to reboot my computer which is really annoying.

Have you got a solution to my problem?
