[GAMEPLAY] Can't cast Fizz's E ability

Hello,

Yesterday I got a bug in game while playing Fizz on the Summoners Rift. Here is the video: https://twitter.com/GROAHHH/status/688507359631642624 It happened after I died against Nasus(with the ultimate skin, dont know if it counts), I used my E really closely after dying maybe 0.1 second so it maybe that timing that made Fizz's E bugging. To debug it I had to press Q on something and then I could use my E. It happened once more when I was fighting Nasus, same thing I had to Q something to get my E working normaly.
