It came to my attention when i am using Vlad i used Sanguine pool or his W , and fiddles is still draining life away . when sanguine clearly says Vlad becomes un-target-able , but fiddles drain is still Targeting Vlad during sanguine pool.
Please Look into this Riot
If someone know why this work like this let me know .

It's damage over time, all damage over time (ignite, swain E and Q, Urgot E, Brand Passive, cass W and Q, etc) will still damage you if you get hit or targeted before you use Vlad's W.
He targetted you first. Un-target-able doesn't mean invulnerable.

It's a common misunderstanding with Fizz's E. It doesn't put you in a Zhonya's stasis. It makes you untargetable, or essentially nonexistent to skill shots and atuos. However stuff such as I am Maokai metioned still go through it as you are still vulnerable to damage. Also, if you get ulted by a Fizz and pool or Tidal/Trickster as the opposing Fizz being ulted, Fizz's ult will work as long as it latches.
