Corki-Red-baron-skin

So i play Corki red-baron skin no longer then 5minutes ago, and when E the machinegun alot of blue squares and circles been popping around. also when i engaged fights i lost complete control of him and he just walk on his own.
So i try to relog the game and maybe that fix it but when i E again it shot blue squares and circles. please look into it and thank you.
