Dodge queues
I was in champ select when someone dodged but it kept me in champ select like it was frozen. I then relogged and received a 26 minute dodge queue for leaving a frozen champion select.

I just got a dodge penalty after leaving a long queue. I wanted to just try to refresh my queue but ended up having to wait 5 minutes. Not sure if this is the same problem or not, since mine was only a 5 minute penalty. I also heard the noise it makes when you accept or decline a queue right when I left my queue.
Yeah happened to me yesterday, got into champ select, couldnt type or pick anyone... got booted and ended up with a 5 min penalty.
