[CLIENT] Item Sets Erased Every Patch

When i went to my itemset to make a new item set, i saw that all of them were gone, it has happened twice and is quite annoying, as i used to have a lot of builds that i had creater myself, now all erased. Reproducing this bug:

1. Make an Item set, works with all champions and maps i presume (although my item set were all targeted at certain champions example Master Yi Jungle Build
2. Update to another patch NOTE: I am only guessing that it is when the game updates I DONT EXACTLY KNOW but i do know that it never happens in the same patch
