In-game Blocking

When I block another player, it is because this person afked/threw the game, in a ranked game. They are not on my friends list in the first place, and I am just hoping to never play with them again. With the blocking system the way that it is, you can still end up in a game with this person. I think that Riot should buff the in-game blocking system to not allow you in-game with a player that you have blocked. To be fair with this update, I say that the person that is blocked would have priority to getting into a game before the person that has them blocked. This would make for a better blocking system, fixing the issue of having to play with someone you have marked as someone you don't want to play with, as well as if you block someone, you don't mind waiting for the next game in order to not have to play with them. I know that it is one extra thing that Riot would have to keep up with, but I believe it could be a simple fix for a long debated in-game issue. If you can never get into a game, your block list should be accessable to be cleared. I think this would make for faster queues as well , for players that do not block other players. (passive players) Blocking would encourage patience in players that are having issue's with other players. Blocking a player should allow you to have no encounters with that player in this game for as long as they are blocked. It could also make for a better ranked experience.

Systems that allow players to manipulate matchmaking can never happen. Just look up overwatch blocking. Blizzard used to have this system, players blocked good enemys to have easyer games. Some of the top players were completly unable to find matches.

This can be easily fixed by making the player only able to block teammates from a game/removing the block button from the enemy team for this reason specifically.

Then they will block bad players to get players with higher winrates on their team. Still abusable.

It's not abusable, because the player that is blocked gets in-game first, taking the players with higher winrates in-game with them as well. Also, just because a player does bad one game doesn't mean they wont do good the next game. The player that did bad that you blocked, could go 20/0 for the next 3 games after that. A bad player one game could be a good player in most every other situation. Plus, the entire concept of ranked is to attempt to be better at the game. Ranked is already abused by people called smurfs. This would not completely ruin the game, and could not be considered abused because of the fact that there are so many players, that you cant block everyone in the game that has a bad winrate. The ranked system is completely unaccurate due to smurfs no matter what changes are made to the blocking system.
