this game is becoming unplayable (unexplained high ping + low fps)

I'm becoming incredibly frustrated with League. Between the 10-15 fps issue I dealt with a month ago (check profile if you want that story, tl;dr is that I fixed it by just repeatedly reinstalling) and this new issue, along with a bunch of small bugs and shit, this game is becoming unplayable.

For context: I've been playing for a few years and it's always been a fun enjoyment thing for me. I never do ranked, I don't care about elo or masteries, I play because I enjoy the game. And my computer has always handled LoL very well- I rarely if ever lag (up until recently). But there have been so many unexplained and unresolved tech issues popping up for me that it's a chore just to open the client.

Most recently, my ping hit 1800 within three minutes of entering the game. I had no issue logging in or loading in, but I couldn't move or do anything. I disconnected and reconnected, which solved the problem for about two minutes. Then it was back up to 1500. Dc and rc again. It hovered around 40, which is where it NORMALLY IS, for the rest of the game. But towards the end of the game, my fps (normally a nice playable 60) dropped to 15. No reason, no explanation.

I have a steady wifi connection and I have no trouble navigating any other game, file, or program on my device. I've never had so many tech issues in such a short period of time, with so little explanation. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated because I've sunk a bit of money and a whole lot of time into this game. I feel like Riot at least owes a proper feedback and support system to its players (yes, I have sent tickets. Yes, I have sent bug reports. Yes, I have used the Hextech Repair Tool. No, none of it helped).

If anyone has any solutions for the sudden high ping, I'm open to hearing it. My system details are: Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit) Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 5500 Memory: 8 GB I play League with the graphics on "very low" and a few other graphics options changed to maximize performance. I run League in administrative mode. All of my drivers and processors are up to date (I ensured that ever since my last LoL tech fiasco).

I really don't know what to do at this point. Suggestions are welcome. Compounding complaints are too.

My graphics are on high and my fps only drops when I unplug my laptop or plug it in, or when my wifi drops a bar. Which it does with any other game. Check your internet, things like TVs and a kitchen can block a signal. Best of luck to you fixing it

Same thing happened to me Just spam reinstall, took me a few reinstalls everyday but it finally worked, after a week of reinstalling the game a few times everyday. Not optimal and very annoying but hey problem gone. I'm just going to hope it doesn't happen again
