Runes Bug

Regardless of what is checked for tiers, when I initially open the rune pages all the tiers are shown, so I have to change it every time which is more annoying than anything. But lately I have been unable to check the tier boxes at all and so I have to sort through which tiers are the ones I want since they aren't ordered by tier like in the old client. Again just more annoying and quality of life, thanks.
