Twisted Fate ult bug
You ult and your mouse cursor stays in what i call "spell mode" instead of switching back to the hand until you ult again. Happens on numerous champions as well. I think it has to do with the on release smart cast option.

I had this issue too, until i figured out (if you have smartcast with range indicators), if you just hover over your q range, the cursor should go away after 2-3 times after doing this.
Found it so annoying, a bug like that which inhibits your pings + map awareness is still around and has been around for a few weeks :/.
