LP gain bugged ?

Okay it's not just me but a lot of people are seeing that LP gain is not working properly in the matches I just played... My win loss hasn't changed but then all of a sudden I am only gaining 15 LP and losing more than I earn randomly. I was gaining 21+ just before patch rolled out. I figured something is buggy because I can't even ping monster camps. Gonna stop playing until I hear otherwise. Possible high elo issue?

I have a good winrate but i lose so much lp, last season was much better with LP, idk whats going on, especially with riot not being to open about how it does things for ranked
